This is a brick kiln (pictured above) that is owned by a person who has slaves.... The children who live here (orphans and the neglected) are in deep need and poverty. Providing nutritional food for these helpless children is meaningful work! Pakistani orphans need the love of moms and dads to help them survive in this harsh and violent society.
What is the value of a child's life living in Pakistan? A precious little life that deserves to be loved.... Eat good food.... enjoy a special treat now and then.... All these 'normal' needs are met by our feeding program for the poor and orphaned children in this volatile land.

There is a current crisis that is unfolding in the tiny Islands called Fiji. Cyclone Winston one of the strongest on record with winds reaching 200 miles an hour made a direct hit in the islands.
There are MANY that are missing from various islands as well as a death toll that is rising daily. Fiji has a small a population of around 880,000 people.
This is a heartbreaking situation as the mainline news channels are not covering this horrific event. Families and homes as well as businesses and schools are now gone! Fiji, a country in the South Pacific, is an archipelago of more than 300 islands. It's known for its rugged landscape of lagoons and palm-lined beaches. Its major islands, Viti Levu and Vanua Levu, contain the lion’s share of the population, today much of the landscape in the Fiji Islands lies in ruins.
There are over 300 tiny islands that are in desperate need today. We at MAH want to help...
We are getting news from Moms who have survived this monster storm and these are the reports that are coming in to us.
As of this report the death toll has reached 42. Please join us ..... your donation matters right now! Click the donate button and help.
The needs of a child are the same world wide. They all need nutritious food, shelter, clothing and shoes, health care and love. These are the forgotten ones in the world's haste to get rich or powerful. These are the smallest among us..... that the future world hinges upon. MAH cares....
No one in the world takes the time and attention to care for children like mothers do. Their love and the strength to overlook their own needs while helping a child in need is a God given ability in the earth.
Costa Rica Moms are no different..... they really do care about the needs of little ones.
Nicaraguan children in poverty often live in a 'food desert' condition. This means they have access to cheap junk snacks but not food with real nutritional value. This lack of genuine food develops malnutrition, learning disorders and sicknesses of all types.
Moms join together and plan the funds and food that are needed...
Giant pots of food are prepared for hungry children in Nicaragua.
Shyly little children gather and wait so patiently for the food to arrive.
Numerous bowls filled with nutritious food are handed out over and over again....
There are children around the world suffering at the hands of the powerful and those whom do not value life. Moms Against Hunger reaches out to feed the hungry.... especially the children! Every child deserves to have enough to eat.... together you and I can do something to help! Here is an easy way....

There are blocks and blocks and blocks of homes that have been flooded and now families are dealing with the aftermath of cleanup!

It's hot and sticky and now mildew is setting in from the humidity. This makes for a miserable time for every one who is recovering from this mess!
People are trying to recover their cars and save them.

In areas such as this one, poverty is extremely hard on families. This is a typical shelter for a family. A child living in these conditions will have a very hard time staying healthy, as living outside in the elements and eating poorly will cause many sicknesses.
As you can see the ground is parched and hardly a thing will grow in this land. Can you help? Your donation can make a difference in the lives of children right away.
MAH would like to ship 40,000 meals ASAP with your help. Please click the donate button and join Moms as all of us together can certainly help to provide food in these circumstances. Children deserve to eat nutritional food to help them overcome the challenges that they live in.

"Current U.N. and Philippine government estimates indicate more than 9.5 million people are affected by the typhoon in nine regions across the country. Additionally, nearly 620,000 people have been displaced from their homes and communities. All of this comes on top of displacement as a result of fighting in September and the Bohol earthquake of Oct. 15. The humanitarian response is stretched and needs support." Slate
