This road drops straight down for 15 feet! Our travel here is time consuming and we must remain alert at all times for sheer drop offs, bandits and washed out roads. Some roads here in Mexico are good, others are strictly only for daylight hours. Nighttime driving is not for the wise, as one never knows if animals, or people will be walking on the roads. Bringing aid to the interior of Mexico takes time and effort..... but the people are in such serious need that it's worth the risks we take.
